Deglet Nour
HerstellungDie Trocknung der Datteln erfolgt am Stamm durch intensive Sonneneinstahlung. Nach der Ernte (Handverlesen) werden die Datteln
maschinell gereinigt, entsteint und bei ca. 70°C 1-3 Std. bedampft. In der elektrischen Trockenkammer werden die Datteln bei 60-70 °C 1-3 Std. auf einen Wassergehalt von ca. 22% heruntergetrocknet. Danach erfolgt die Abkühlung auf 5-10°C und die Verpackung in Kartons.
